It drop into sweet water for 5 secs. Not switching on. Dried it, all electronics went to the ultrasonic bath to clean corrosion. Battery change, whole charge port change. When switched to electricity the battery charges to 100% and the message appears in the screen but can'y switch the phone on... Any ideas what could I check and how? Thanks.

Here's the troubleshooting guide from the service manual that should help.
Go to Section 8-4-1. Power On (p.9 of 55) to view the power on troubleshooting flowchart and check how far you get by following the paths.
There are board layout diagrams in the guide which will help to locate the components mentioned in the flowcharts. Use the search function in your browser e.g. for Windows press Ctrl + f, and type in the component ID. You may have to zoom in a lot to find them when on the layout pages ;-)
